The service of the agency is excellent, the guide picked us up at the door of our Hotel. There were 3 of us and only one other person was added to our group so we almost had a private tour. In each city, our guide Didier took us on a walking tour of the city and provided us with lots of interesting information in addition to answering all our questions. Super friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend. Having done other tours then in the Colmar region, this one was far superior, we regretted not having taken the other tours with them. So make sure that the tours are with the Alsace Original Experiences agency. In addition, Didier speaks French and English very well, which is not the case with all other agencies.
The tour was fabulous! So informative and so personal. Our guide, was friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way all day to make sure we had everything we needed and it was a pleasure to go around with him. The four cities were beautiful! Our lunch was delicious and each city has its own little charm. My husband and I were considering renting a car and touring the towns on our own, but I'm so glad we chose to do the tour with a guide instead, as some towns are quite small and parking is extremely limited. To top off the day, our guide even recommended and called to book a seat at a restaurant for our dinner, personally making sure we had a good seat and enjoyed our evening. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Colmar!

The trip was wonderful, we had the opportunity to discover the landscapes, history and heritage of the surroundings of Colmar. We had a perfect guide, he shared with us a lot of information, adding a bit of Alsatian sense of humor. The fact that he perfectly adapted the pace of the walks to the group made the trip really enjoyable. Last point of the program: the wine tasting was, as the French say, a cherry on the cake. I recommend the trip to anyone who wants to see and learn a lot while still feeling that it is a relaxed holiday! Thank you for the organizer!
